A journey to becoming your best self starts with showing yourself that you love you.

Easy as it sounds, the concept of self love is rarely easy for most people in our present times. The emotions of loving oneself have all but disappeared from the daily lives we endure; bustling around and feeling pressed to respond to all kinds of inputs we are bombarded by. Until we love ourselves first we can not truly evolve a real sense of collective love for other beings. It all starts within.

Feeling a sense of warm kindness for your inner being should be innate, yet of late times it is rarely adequate.

Is it a mystery why prescriptions for antidepressants, anxiety pills, sleeping medications, pain relievers and many other health related pharmaceuticals are on this rise?

Humans, as a collective of beings, are not happy.

The destruction of our planet is occurring at an alarming rate, yet so many feel powerless to change the world. We are divided, polarized, and bombarded with fear campaigns which manipulate societies. This societal system of control has also convinced us of all the things we need to be happy. Buy this, take this pill, go to this new retreat. Anything one can conceive can be sold as a need, and attained; at a price.

Why are so many humans not happy living by today's societal standards?

Is living together in love and abundance where there IS enough for everyone possible? Or, is our world truly limited and requires hoarding to survive? Rather, ask, have we been programmed by a repetitive message to consume? Constantly bombarded by programming that tells us what we "need" to be happy and healthy? Fear creates attachments and binds to the thoughts which initiated it, resonating within you and manifesting throughout your daily life. Fear controls decisions and suppresses your ability to break through your "Upper Limit, [ref. Hendricks, The Big Leap]" into higher levels of abundance and true happiness.

The world as you create and interact around yourself, can only match a certain band of frequencies around that frequency which you are emitting.

On a radio, tuning in the dial gets you set on a specific frequency that the radio receives and translates for you to hear the broadcast. Consider that your emotional state of well being emits a unique ability to tune you, as this radio receiver does. The world around you orders, vibrates and shifts to resonate with this frequency that you emit; derived from your inner emotions as thought vibration. If you are living within low level frequencies such as hurt, animosity, fear, anger, regret, etc. then you will resonate that emotional frequency from the action of your thoughts. In doing so the world around you will align to the frequency you resonate. You will attract the low level vibrations into your life through your sub conscious.
